As a brand, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
All our pieces are made with precision with a lot of time and attention. In case of any issue with the piece, please follow our policy below for exchange.
"Shekha k" pieces are not returnable and cannot be exchanged as mentioned along with the price , size etc.
Some pieces have No Refund only Exchange if it meets the following criteria :

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To complete your exchange, please email us at shekhak05@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at shekhak05@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping address and if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner we will not offer refunds. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order for a correction of address with the order number.

SHIPPING POLICY

We do domestic shipping on all orders pan-India as well as international shipping.

We ship all our goods through trusted service providers.

The pieces will be delivered within 4-5 working days for Domestic orders And for International orders it would be delivered in 7 working days. Sundays and Public Holidays might lead to a change in the order delivery timeline by few days.

Shipping address change has to be notified to us within 24 hours of placing the order by sending us an email on shekha05@gmail.com with the order number.
